Citizen Soldier

The Lyrical Challenge for July is Citizen Soldier by Three Doors Down. Lena took this photo of Lester and I thought it really went with this song. I used two verses on the layout:

Hope and pray, that you never need me.

Then rest assured I will not let you down.

I walk beside you, but you may not see me.

The strongest among you may not wear a crown.
On the day when you need your brothers and sisters to care.

I'll be right here.

On that day when you don't have strength for the burden you bear.
I'll be right here.

Christmas Cotillion 2007

Finally got a page done for the Christmas Cotillion.

Quite an Honor

I had a scrapbook layout put into the Hall of Fame at Digital Scrapbook Place. This is my Great Aunt Minnie on a buggy ride. Her ambition in life was to live to be 100. Sadly, she died at 99½.
